Key Responsibilities:

Perform inventory reconciliation; utilize ERP data and documentation to research and explain variances

Identify potential process, training, or system issues and escalate to management

Maintain a detailed schedule for ledger reconciliations and prepare monthly journal entries

Communicate with other departments to understand transaction activities and resolve issues

Assist with transaction corrections, system cleanup, and process follow-up when needed

Other duties as assigned

Technical Qualifications:

Minimum Associate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum one year experience in accounting or finance, including reconciliation (2+ years preferred). Relevant internships or co-op experience may apply.

Working knowledge of GAAP concepts and account reconciliation principles

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel

Experience using ERP or accounting systems (2+ years preferred); experience using Global Shop Solutions a plus

2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Prior government contractor experience a plus

Experience with modeling in Excel preferred, including nested formulas, pivot tables, and math and logic formulas
