Follow us on LinkedIn -> GastingerWalker&Learn more about us on our company page -> GastingerWalker& Essential Responsibilities: Project Leadership & DeliverySupport architectural projects from initial concept through construction administration, ensuring design excellence, technical accuracy, and adherence to project schedulesManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities, timelines, and deliverables Client & Consultant CommunicationServe as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear communication, design presentations, and regular progress updatesFacilitate coordination among multidisciplinary engineering teams and external consultantsRepresent the firm in on-site and off-site meetings, including client workshops, construction meetings, and consultant coordination sessions Technical & Documentation ResponsibilitiesDevelop, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentationEnsure design solutions comply with applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirementsLead construction administration efforts, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, punch lists, and ongoing contractor communication Team Collaboration & Studio CultureCollaborate closely with firm leadership to support project planning, resource allocation, and adherence to firm standardsContribute to a positive, productive, and collaborative studio culture through daily in-office engagement Qualifications: RequiredMinimum of 10 years of professional architectural experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in ArchitectureProfessional architectural licensure preferred or active pursuit of licensureStrong technical proficiency in Revit and related design and documentation toolsDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication, presentation, and client management skillsAbility to work full-time on-site and attend client and project meetings as requiredAbility to obtain government security clearances, as needed PreferredExperience with MILCON, GSA, or other government projectsWorking knowledge of FAR clauses and UFC requirements Learn more and follow all our firms below!
