As a wholly owned subsidiary of Great American Insurance, Republic Indemnity combines the feel of a boutique employer with the resources of a larger organization.Essential Job Functions And ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with and train insureds to reduce claim frequency and injury severityIdentify key workplace safety exposures and recommend appropriate corrective actionsDeliver effective presentations and customer service to prospective and existing insuredsCommunicate clearly with insureds, producers, and underwriting, both verbally and in writingJob QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree is preferred.3 or more years of experience in workers' compensation safety.Strong problem-solving, analytical, judgement, decision-making, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.English & Spanish skills are a strong plus.Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.Ability to drive within the assigned territory on a weekly basis.CompanyRICA Republic Indemnity Company of AmericaSalary Range$116,150.00 -$157,550.00BenefitsWe offer competitive benefits packages for full‑time and part‑time employees*.
