Join us and make a difference in Analysis Solutions Business Area!Job Summary: The All-Source Analyst supports efforts to counter terrorist and transnational organized crime threats. In this role, the Analyst plays a critical part in identifying and mapping terrorist and criminal networks, enhancing interagency targeting data, and driving collection activities that advance national security objectives.Responsibilities Include:Primarily responsible for accurately sourcing data attributed to large-scale projects in support of NIFC efforts, ensuring the integrity and reliability of data used in interagency targeting and network?illumination activities.Serve as an All-Source Analyst, producing strategic intelligence and supporting targeting efforts to counter Foreign Designated Terrorist and Criminal Organizations (FDTCO) and other terrorist threats.Conduct network illumination of FTO?designated cartels and gangs.Enhance interagency targeting data by leveraging Intelligence Community (IC) and Law Enforcement (LE) information, identifying connections, leads, and locational information that remain undiscovered.Drive collection efforts in coordination with IC and Department of Justice (DOJ) counterparts to fill gaps in network understanding and aid in find/fix/finish operations.Support customer representatives in the field, DHS task forces, and interagency partners by providing targeted analysis and production to inform their efforts.Produce strategic analysis and products that illuminate FDTCO/CT information across interagency, connecting the dots to support action elements in exploiting leads.Basic Qualifications:TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.Proven ability to brief senior level managers effectively and efficiently.Knowledge of all-source intelligence, including SIGINT, and/or HUMINT collection reports.Familiarity with Boolean search methodologies and classified client databases, including specific targeting tools.Familiarity with Microsoft ExcelExperience with producing Finished Intelligence or structured threat assessments.Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences and the ability to translate intelligence questions into written responses.Familiarity with key US national security, Counterterrorism (CT), Narcoterrorism (NT), and local/federal law enforcement objectives or threat-related datasets.Bachelor's degree and 8 of relevant experience or Master's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
