Join our team as a Manager (Operations) in Information Technology Services! Help shape how technology supports our schools and community. As Manager of IT Operations, you'll lead the teams behind our infrastructure, network, service desk, and AV systems. You'll also oversee our enterprise and ERP platforms, guiding modern practices in cloud services, identity management, and unified communications. Along the way, you'll partner closely with county departments and school districts to deliver responsive, dependable IT support, all while keeping us compliant with applicable regulations. Requirements / Qualifications

A typical way to qualify for this classification would be: Education: Possession of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. Experience: Six years of progressively responsible experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems support in a complex, multi-site, hybrid (cloud/on-premises) environment, including at least two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
