This role supports the Assistant Judge Advocate General of the Navy for Education, Training & Professional Development (AJAG 07) and plays a key role in coordinating training operations for Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard legal personnel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, experienced in government or military administrative operations, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting classified and sensitive programs.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate scheduling, quota control, and administrative support for training programsManage student enrollment, records, rosters, and academic documentationSupport billeting and lodging coordination for in-resident studentsPrepare and distribute course materials and student information packagesMaintain training schedules, classroom reservations, and logistics coordinationAssist with Office365 and Blackboard account coordinationDraft, proofread, and finalize correspondence, reports, and official documentsMaintain databases, records management systems, and administrative reportsCoordinate with instructional staff, command personnel, and support officesSupport classified document handling and compliance requirementsRequired QualificationsActive SECRET Security Clearance requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 7 years of operations support, administrative support, or program coordination experience Associate Degree may substitute for 2 years of experienceStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsExperience supporting DoD, military, federal, or government environments preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative database systemsAbility to work independently and manage competing prioritiesPreferred ExperienceMilitary administrative or training support experienceNavy or Department of Defense environment familiarityExperience coordinating student services or training programsRecords management and logistics coordination experienceWork EnvironmentFully on-site at Naval Justice SchoolProfessional government office settingStandard weekday schedulePosition requires compliance with CAC, DISS, OPSEC, and cybersecurity requirementsApply Today Qualified candidates with active SECRET clearances are encouraged to apply immediately for consideration.
