This role provides junior-level operational support ensuring continuous system availability through shift-based operations. The ideal candidate demonstrates foundational knowledge of system operations and maintenance and thrives in a mission-focused, team-oriented operational environment.ImpactIn this role, you will directly support around-the-clock missile warning operations, contributing to the continuous availability and reliability of systems critical to national defense. Your work supports real-time mission execution and provides essential operational continuity to senior operators and engineers.ResponsibilitiesProvide junior-level 24/7 operational support to Missile Warning and Test operations.Support continuous system operations through shift-based operational coverage.Demonstrate competence in system operation and basic maintenance activities.Follow established operational procedures, checklists, and guidance.Escalate issues appropriately to senior operations and engineering staff.Support mission readiness and system availability across all operational shifts.Required Knowledge & ExperienceBasic understanding of mission operations environmentsFamiliarity with shift-based 24/7 operations conceptsAbility to follow detailed operational procedures and instructionsFoundational knowledge of system operations and maintenanceAbility to work effectively in a team-based operational environmentStrong attention to detail and situational awarenessRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) not requiredMinimum of 4 years of relevant experience.Benefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperienceMissile Warning : 4 years (Required)Security clearanceTop Secret (Required)Work LocationIn person#J-18808-Ljbffr
