Our dynamic community of experts is fully committed to advancing our customers' missions, fostering professional growth, and making a positive impact on our communities.We are looking for a qualified Senior Human Resources Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Consultant to conduct highly complex HR business process evaluations. The Consultant will develop re‑engineering plans to standardize data, improve HR processes within and among organizations, and identify technical solutions for efficiencies or modernization.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor junior team members.Conduct BPR activities to standardize and improve OHR data, processes, and technologies for greater efficiency and tracking.Collaborate with key stakeholders to recommend new technical requirements or solutions, using government‑approved requirements to guide development.Capture requirements for applications, tools, and business processes, analyze current state, recommend a TO‑BE state, and work with technical teams to implement approved solutions.Support HR process understanding from job postings and recruiting through onboarding to off‑boarding.Create and disseminate briefings, training materials, and other communications; review, edit, and format OHR strategic communications according to agency guidelines.LocationOn‑site at JBAB (Washington, D.C.)Salary Range$170,000–$190,000, based on geography, market demand, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or HR Management.9+ years of BPR experience with an HR focus.Experience with Talent Management processes: job postings, recruiting, onboarding, and termination.Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree.Experience with the Intelligence Community (IC), DOD, DIA, etc.Technical experience with Tableau, SQL, SQL Server, .NET Framework, and People Soft (myHR).Experience with Workforce/Talent Management and MS Visio process diagrams.Experience developing and delivering data visualization training and managing end‑user requests.Clearance RequirementsActive TS/SCI clearance at the time of hire; willing and able to obtain CI Polygraph.Must meet updated ID requirements.
