Our team members receive competitive compensation, robust benefits, professional development and certification opportunities, and clear paths for growth while working on the nation's most critical projects.Core ValuesInnovation & Responsiveness : We push beyond legacy models with efficient, tech‑led solutions built to scale and evolve.Trusted Performance : Security, compliance, and deep experience in delivering to demanding environments guides all we do.Mission Focused Expertise : From veteran leadership to cleared engineers, our people understand both the technology and the mission.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesA Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Targeting Specialist is an intelligence professional who identifies, evaluates, and prioritizes individuals or groups.All-Source Analysis: Fuse information from multiple disciplines (open source, signals intelligence, human intelligence) to build a comprehensive picture of concerns.Targeting Packet Development: Prepare detailed targeting documents for collectors, including operational parameters, risks, and required support.Network Analysis: Use tools like Palantir or Analyst Notebook to map relationships and identify potential targets.Collection Strategy Development: Create technical collection plans and targeting analysis studies to support senior intelligence stakeholders.Operational Support: Provide analytic and operational guidance to HUMINT collectors in the field.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience with targeting or 10+ years of experience with targeting in lieu of a degree.3+ years of experience with HUMINT targeting.Experience with computer‑based tools, including CHROME, CRATE, DataXplorer (DX), Mosaic, GCOMS, G2G, NGT, and QLIX.Experience writing Cables.Knowledge of the DoD and wider IC.Ability to create network diagrams using visualization tools such as Analyst Notebook.Preferred QualificationsExperience with briefing programs for decision at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level.Experience with specialized training such as SIGINT or Open-Source Research.Experience navigating complex mission sets with both DoD and non-DoD Federal Departments and Agencies.Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR.General FactorsDepending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40‑hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.Willing to travel, if needed.Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long‑periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.Must be able to multi‑task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.ClearanceTS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years or ability to pass a CI Poly).LocationJoint Base Anacostia-Bolling; On-SiteSalary Range85K - 100KEqual Employment OpportunityBridge Defense is an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
