Deputy Oversight Board Liaison
This position is responsible for providing support to the Oversight Board Liaison by assisting with the coordination and execution of various tasks related to the board's operations. The role involves working closely with the board members, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including scheduling, coordinating agendas, and distributing materials.
- Support the board chair and members in their duties, including taking minutes, drafting correspondence, and managing board records.
- Coordinate with external parties such as legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of board activities and decisions.
- Provide administrative support for board committees and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
