This position is responsible for providing support to the Oversight Board Liaison by assisting with the coordination and execution of various tasks related to the board's operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of board meetings, including scheduling, coordinating agendas, and distributing materials.
  • Support the board chair and members in their duties, including taking minutes, drafting correspondence, and managing board records.
  • Coordinate with external parties such as legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of board activities and decisions.
  • Provide administrative support for board committees and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
