Analyze existing processes to simplify human and technical interactions that meet the needs of customers, brokers and health care reform regulations.ResponsibilitiesParticipates in team analysis through research of existing processes and related system tools with the goal to develop specifications for improvements.Coordinates and performs analysis to support and assist in troubleshooting customer channels utilizing sales processes.Performs analysis to support individual sales units with competitive analysis regarding processes, product and price.Coordinates interactions with system coordinators and technicians in order for Medical Mutual to be compliant with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid and prepared to sell at HealthCare.gov and other ACA marketplaces.Researches and works with internal departments to support sales needs on many healthcare reform related topics.Performs other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field.Five years of progressive experience in a related field.Technical Skills and Knowledge:General knowledge of health care benefits and products.Intermediate level PC proficiency using various software including spreadsheets, word processing, graphics and database packages (DB2, SQL, QMF for Windows).Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organizational and coordination skills.Flexible and adaptive to a changing market.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
