Summary
Role: Adult Residential Support Professional providing care and support in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs.Responsibilities: Support and monitor residents, document behaviors, assist with housekeeping and supplies, administer medications, share client updates confidentially, respond to emergencies, help residents achieve treatment goals, attend training, assist with meal prep and life skills, transport residents, collect specimens, lead group activities, provide basic first aid, and perform additional duties as needed.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; experience in similar services preferred. Skills include strong communication, problem-solving, and professionalism. Valid driver's license preferred; must pass motor vehicle check. Basic computer skills needed.Additional Requirements: Effective communication, physical stamina for outdoor and indoor activities, and ability to work independently in a community setting. Ability to travel for day trips.
