Summary
Overview Responsible to accomplish the Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS) functions as required by CFR 121.373. Conduct thorough examinations, surveillance, and analysis of the total maintenance system to ensure compliance and effectiveness with company procedures and federal regulations. Perform internal and external audits. Provide audit and analysis reports as required; evaluate and oversee Airworthiness Directive and other applicable regulatory compliance for Part 121 air carrier, identify hazards, potential regulatory compliance and safety violations. Provide support to the company Internal Evaluation Department (IEP). Detect and analyze trends of program weaknesses or deficiencies. Perform risk assessment and detailed root cause analysis to include human factors. Evaluate corrective action plans for effectiveness. Support Engineering and Maintenance Program functions to include the FAA approved Reliability Program as needed.Requirements High school diploma or GEDA & P license7 years work experience in maintenance of Part 121 or military aircraft (two year degree in Aircraft Technology related field may be used in place of two years' work experience)Working knowledge of Boeing manuals/service bulletins/ABX AIR suite of Maintenance ManualsWorking knowledge of CFR 121 and an understanding of FAA regulationsPreferred CASS and/or CASE auditing and analysis experiencePrevious technical writing experienceKnowledge and experience in risk assessment and root cause analysisExperience with MXI#J-18808-Ljbffr
