JTS delivers operational-level targeting training to Service, Interagency, and Allied personnel worldwide.The Weaponeering Applications Lead provides technical, programmatic, and analytical support for all Weaponeering Applications activities at JTS. This position develops, maintains, integrates, and validates software tools, models, and methodologies that enable accurate prediction of weapon effects against a variety of target sets; delivers in-residence and MTT instruction on JMEMs Weaponeering System (JWS) and applicable software; conducts annual Verification and Validation (V&V) of weaponeering applications against authoritative JMEM data; and ensures all weaponeering applications remain consistent with Joint Staff guidance, current JMEMs, and the DoD Weaponeering Guide.
