Dispatcher Details:

Coordinate and dispatch drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Monitor routes and communicate updates, delays, or changes to drivers and customers.
Maintain accurate shipment, scheduling, and transportation records.
Respond to driver and customer inquiries while resolving transportation issues quickly.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure efficient daily logistics and workflow.

Dispatcher Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or customer service experience.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screening requirements, including background check and drug screening.

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
