Summary
Role: Adult Residential Support ProfessionalResponsibilities Provide hands-on support, encouragement, and serve as a positive role model for residentsAssist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills developmentMaintain confidential client records and complete documentation accuratelyMonitor or administer medications per program policiesRespond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situationsTransport residents to appointments, meetings, and community activitiesCollect urine specimens and administer breathalyzer tests as neededLead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goalsAttend trainings and staff meetingsQualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredStrong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyValid driver's license preferred and must meet driving requirementsCompletion of DHS training may be required after hireBenefits: Paid time off, mileage reimbursement, 403(b) retirement plan, annual pay increases, Employee Assistance Program, and recognition awards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
