Summary
Law Enforcement Training Instructor
Conduct lectures, discussions, guided conferences and demonstration methods to present law enforcement, investigative techniques, procedures and practical application sessions.
Assist with organizing, scheduling and coordinating training courses that maximize individual competencies or maintain performance levels.
Develop Performance Objectives and Standards to aide in identifying training needs and requirements of each student; ensure the knowledge and skills are developed in current concepts and techniques in Law Enforcement and Security.
Provide classroom studies and instructions on use of law enforcement equipment and application of techniques.
Coordinate, develop and maintain effective relationship with the training community of various Federal, state and local law enforcement, intelligence and security agencies.
Provide instruction in First Aid/CPR/AED, Emergency Vehicle Operation, Active Shooter and other law enforcement requirements; instruct in Firearms safety and conduct the Weapons Qualification; test for weapons proficiency.
