Summary

Trial Courtroom Presentation Specialist

The person will:

  • Prepare and present evidence for trials, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and client meetings.
  • Work directly with attorneys, trial teams, and expert witnesses.
  • Operate courtroom presentation technology during live proceedings.
  • Serve in the courtroom "hot seat," displaying exhibits, video, documents, and graphics at the correct moment.
  • Develop trial graphics, demonstratives, multimedia presentations, videos, and animations.
  • Coordinate courtroom and trial-war-room technology.
  • Assist with exhibit scripts and presentation sequences.
  • Support tablets, iPads, imaging systems, litigation databases, and trial-presentation tools.

The SOW calls for:

  • Experience supporting at least 10 trials
  • Courtroom presentation and litigation-support experience
  • Experience with OnCue and Sanction
  • Experience with applications such as Relativity and CaseMap
  • Ability to work under significant courtroom pressure
  • Ability to travel for extended periods
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • PowerPoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced graphic design and infographics
  • WordPress, Webflow, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and Dreamweaver
  • Law degree or litigation-paralegal training
