Role: Adult Residential Support ProfessionalLocation: Waukesha County, WISchedule: Part-time, 1st Shift, weekends, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMResponsibilities IncludeProviding support, monitoring, and positive role modeling to residentsAssisting with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills developmentMaintaining confidential client records and documentationAdministering medications and responding to emergencies or crisis situationsTransporting residents to appointments and community activitiesCollecting urine specimens and administering breathalyzer tests as neededLeading educational groups and supporting residents' treatment goalsAttending trainings and staff meetingsQualifications And SkillsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredStrong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentValid driver's license preferred, with driving requirements metRequired DHS training can be completed after hireBenefits:Paid time off, mileage reimbursement, 403(b) retirement plan, annual pay increases, Employee Assistance Program, recognition awards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
