Role: Adult Residential Support ProfessionalLocation: Waukesha County, WIResponsibilities Support, monitor, and serve as a positive role model for residents working toward recoveryAssist with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills developmentMaintain confidential client records and complete documentationAdminister medications and respond to emergencies appropriatelyTransport residents to appointments and activitiesCollect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests as neededLead educational groups and support residents in achieving treatment goalsAttend training sessions and staff meetingsQualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredStrong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamValid driver's license preferred and meeting driving requirementsCompletion of DHS training may be required post-hireBenefits: Paid time off, mileage reimbursement, 403(b) retirement plan, annual pay increases, Employee Assistance Program, recognition awards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
