Career Opportunities with Castalia SystemsA great place to work.Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.Clearance:TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph examMust be a U.S. CitizenJob SummaryCastalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Western Hem All-Source Analyst to use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.Roles and ResponsibilitiesA qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements.Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the research, development, acquisition, test, evaluation and production of foreign weapon systems and equipment.As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degreeKnowledge of IC and Combatant Command environmentsAbility to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefingsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of experience with defense industries analysis such as industrial organization, production processes, foreign weapon systems and equipment, and their associated facilities and output levels.Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standardsKnowledge of the CENTCOM AORTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphPhysical Requirements/Work EnvironmentNormal office environment.TravelAs requiredCompany DescriptionCastalia Systems is a proven business partner providing mission critical solutions to the Federal Government.
