These highly structured programs provide comprehensive interventions for juvenile offenders.Responsibilities:Use principles and practices of Positive Youth Development and trauma informed care to create a safe and therapeutic environmentPromote an inclusive, welcoming, and respectful environment that embraces diversityFoster the youth's skills and interests and mentor their positive development.Implement program activities that are safe and foster personal growth and healthy choicesPromote responsible and healthy decision-making among youthImplement applicable safety and emergency requirements including use of crisis prevention and de-escalation skillsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience working with populationSchedule: VariesHourly Rate$20 - $20 USDAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
