Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and operational support at assigned Early Voting or Election Day locations.
- Work with Chief Judges, LBEs, and the State Help Desk to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.
- Document incidents using approved reporting formats when required.
- Conduct ballot drop box pickups.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by LBE management or Chief Judges.
- Prior to the start of the assignment, meet with the Election Director or designated representative within the assigned jurisdiction to review requirements, logistics, and expectations.
Shift Requirements:
Schedule may be part-time or full-time depending on the needs of the requesting Local Boards of Elections (LBEs).
- Early Voting Positions: Up to 8 hours per day during the early voting period.
- Election Day Positions: Up to 8 hours the day before Election Day and up to 15 hours on Election Day.
- No overtime permitted.

Candidates may be required to travel within their assigned jurisdiction and, when necessary, throughout the State.
