DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official.Job Responsibilities: Conduct strategic all-source analytical production to evaluate complex adversarial systems, military capabilities, and emerging trends.Draft and publish intelligence assessments following established community writing styles, publication standards, and analytic tradecraft.Utilize specialized functional expertise and meticulous attention to detail to address complex military capabilities (MILCAP) problem sets.Mentor and lead fellow analysts while sharing functional domain expertise to support overall team growth.Continuous learning and application of new skills, tools, and analytical methodologies to deliver critical support to warfighters and national decision-makersRequirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience.Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environmentsAbility to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefingsExperience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)??Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems?Must be a U.S. CitizenMust have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI clearancePreferred Qualifications: 3+ years?as an all-source military capabilities analyst?Knowledge of conventional weapon systems?Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards?Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR???The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
