Establishing the standards for operational excellence with all in house clearing/execution systems for all stake holders of Bunge. Manage all levels of customer service and compliance. Act as the ambassador for Bunge to all regulatory institutions.What You'll Be DoingDaily balancing, margining, and reporting internally and to exchangesManaging the delivery process with external counterparties and internal trade teamFidessa and T4 limit management, system compliance, and system access supportSupport senior accounting manager with the daily balances with the CME and ICEWork with the back-office to address any discrepanciesWork with backoffice system provider to ensure all trade activity has been reportedFoster external relationships with the CFTC, CME, ICE and all related examiners such as Deloitte and Ernst and YoungPro‑actively provide guidance and support to all trading entities utilizing the clearing services of Bunge ChicagoCultivate relationships within Bunge to ensure operational efficiencies and collaborative problem‑solving solutionsConstantly look for opportunities to improve data management and reportingAssist with projects impacting Bunge Chicago or trade flowsAssist senior accounting manager with compliance activitiesIncorporate Bunge Core Values and foster the One Bunge modelSkills/Experience Requirements5 to 10 years of experienceCollege degreeUnderstanding the basics of trading and its elementsFutures delivery experienceUnderstanding of exchange compliance requirementsGeneral accounting understandingRelationship building capabilitiesCapability to work under pressure and multitaskEffective communication skills both verbally and written with all levels of the firmAbility to coordinate needs of the Bunge trade organization and the Global Execution DeskDetail orientedDemonstrates the ability to work independently and as part of a team environmentBenefitsBunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.The compensation range for this position is $98,296.00-$110,583.00.
