Career Opportunities with Castalia SystemsA great place to work.Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.Clearance: TS/SCI willingness to take a polygraph examMust be a U.S. CitizenJob Summary Castalia Systems is seeking a Senior Level All-Source Analyst (MILCAP) to use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities supporting a foreign country's ability to develop, equip, sustain, and employ its military forces across basic, strategic, and military industrial sectors.Roles and Responsibilities A qualified candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, but are not limited to:Provide production that study complexity of adversarial systems.Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you'll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 12+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degreeExperience analyzing and breaking down complex systemsExperience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environmentsAbility to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefingsPreferred Qualifications 3+ years as an all-source military capabilities analystKnowledge of conventional weapon systemsKnowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standardsKnowledge of the INDOPACOM AORTS/SCI clearance with a polygraphPhysical Requirements/Work Environment Normal office environment.Travel As requiredCompany Description Castalia Systems is a proven business partner providing mission critical solutions to the Federal Government.
