At Nicolet National Bank, we believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to investing in their growth and development.The Fraud Investigations Specialist is responsible for identifying fraud, preventing cross-departmental fraud, and mitigating loss due to fraud for commercial and consumer customers.As a Fraud Investigations Specialist, you will:Thorough knowledge of operations deposit and electronic banking transactions and products. This includes but is not limited to debit and credit cards, online banking and ancillary products, demand deposit accounts, account contract, and other account exceptions.Identify, research, and remedy fraud on retail and business products working with the frontline and other operations departments. This includes investigating all avenues of risk to the customer depending on the fraud scenario. At times having to dig deeper to identify the full scenario.Utilize software to identify potentially fraudulent activity.
