Role: Adult Residential Support ProfessionalSeeking a compassionate individual to support residents at a residential addiction treatment program for adult men.Responsibilities include:Providing hands-on support, encouragement, and serving as a positive role modelAssisting with daily activities, housekeeping, meals, and life skills developmentMaintaining confidential records and completing documentationMonitoring or administering medicationsResponding to emergencies and crisis situations appropriatelyTransporting residents to appointments and community activitiesCollecting urine specimens and administering breathalyzer tests as neededLeading educational groups and supporting residents in achieving treatment goalsAttending required trainings and staff meetingsQualifications & Skills:High School Diploma or GEDExperience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferredStrong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamValid driver's license preferredWillingness to complete DHS training after hireOffers benefits such as paid time off, mileage reimbursement, retirement plan, annual pay increases, and employee support programs.Note: This role is part-time, with weekend shifts in the morning.#J-18808-Ljbffr
