We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team – one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Title and Summary Associate Analyst, Analytics & MetricsOverview: Associate Analyst, Analytics & MetricsThe Global Statistics / Quarterly Mastercard Reporting (“QMR”) group is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of Mastercard's operational performance, inclusive of providing thought leadership to continuously evolve Mastercard's internal and external reporting of key metrics. The QMR group is responsible for the collecting and validating data in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to tight timelines, performing various procedural controls and maintaining high standards for data integrity. As a core member of the QMR team you will participate fully in all QMR “Close” activities and assist in operational process management, development and improvement, including analysis of existing needs.Role Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational reported dataLeverage analytics to analyze customer reported data to ensure no revenue leakageProvide analytical research across QMR and switched activity for management discussionsDeliver advanced, detailed, persuasive customer performance data analyticsSupport projects related to all operational metrics/drivers and associated revenueEffectively communicate inquiries with customer to quickly resolve open issuesProvide customer support and training related to QMR topics to both internal and external customersClear and concise documentation with internal systems for tracking inquiriesSupport quarterly QMR business update to regional finance teamsKey contributor for developing and testing system enhancements/process improvementsAll About You Self-starter and fast learner who thrives under tight timelinesIntellectually curious and driving issues to the root causeAbility to organize and prioritize workload while handling multiple business tasksStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to create and present persuasive analysisFP&A experience is preferredExperience with change management / delivering process change in an operational environment. Six Sigma certifications a plus.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detailExcellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oralExcellent PC skills including Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook, as well as the ability to quickly learn internal applicationsCorporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practicesEnsure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessedReport any suspected information security violation or breachComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines#J-18808-Ljbffr
