Analysts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.Once approved, Capital Sourcing Analysts: Source and submit off-market or proprietary investment opportunitiesWork directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunitiesEarn transaction-based compensation for deals that closeBuild a verified sourcing track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystemThis role is ideal for professionals who are already close to deal flow , including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals with access to capital opportunities.What You'll Do (Approval-Based) Approved Capital Sourcing Analysts may: Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunitiesIntroduce deals to Initio Sphere's investor and sponsor networkProvide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partnersSupport early-stage diligence handoff (analysts handle financial modeling and valuation)Capital Sourcing Analysts are not responsible for underwriting, detailed modeling, or raising capital.Based on approval, Capital Sourcing Analysts may submit opportunities across: Private equity and growth equity transactionsOperating businesses and special situationsStructured or opportunistic investmentsDeal categories are approved based on experience, network credibility, and sourcing history .Compensation & Economics Analysts earn success-based compensation onlyTypical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed dealCompensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collectionEconomics vary by deal size, structure, and analyst roleNo caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flowHow Analysts Get Activated Submit a Capital Sourcing Analyst application with background and deal historyComplete verification and category approvalGet activated on the Initio Sphere platformBegin submitting qualified deals to the networkThere is no cold applying to funds or blind pitching.
