Summary

Overview Long hours, sometimes nights and weekends, will be required at peak times.Responsibilities Advise the Interfraternity Council, its officers and related committeesSupport fraternity chapter objectives, meeting individually with chapter officers and advisorsManage the recruitment and new member processes for IFC fraternitiesManage online programs that support chapter management, recruitment, finances, and other essential functionsCoordinate and implement large-scale IFC programs, including new member education, risk management training, philanthropic events, and more.Respond to crisis situations on campus involving fraternity eventsServe as a liaison between Auburn University and key constituents interested in the fraternity community including Auburn University faculty and staff, fraternity headquarters staff, chapter advisors, parents, alumni, and community membersLead training for chapter officers, organizing leadership workshops and retreatsQualifications Level I Bachelor's degreeLevel II Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience ORMaster's degreeLevel III Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience ORMaster's degree plus 2 years of experienceScope of Experience Experience in student affairs administration, student programming, orientation, or related field.Desired Experience Experience in fraternity and sorority lifeContract Type ContinuingWhy Work at Auburn?
