In this role, you will be responsible for working with Levy's Director of Operations, and Notre Dame to produce analytical insights and technology recommendations for hospitality initiatives. Additionally, this position is responsible for establishing and advancing the methods, processes and standards of analytics, financial analysis, and partner service that fuel the innovation that is driving Levy Operations forward.Responsibilities:Manage relationships with key client and Levy stakeholders and understanding their overall strategies and business objectivesDevelop specific knowledge about the venue, including physical configuration, proposed technology, and operational processesDevelop and deploy optimal pricing, product, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions and premium points of distribution based on team objectives and fan feedbackIdentify opportunities to change existing product offering or distributionDevelop reporting (heat maps, dashboards, slide decks, status updates) standards and formats for partner and operator end useCommunicate key guest insights and potential action itemsAnalyze and build optimal solutions around variable labor and cost of sales managementLeverage available artificial intelligence, consumer insights, and emerging technology tools to drive guest experience and profitabilityInterface with operations leadership to bring forth best practices from across LevyIdeal Qualifications:Self-starter who is eager to learn the business and drive insightsAbility to develop and own stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work collaboratively in a consultative roleUp to 2 years of experience in quantitative, analytical consulting, and/or client-facing businesses as well as experience interacting with internal organizational leadershipBachelor's and/or Master's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or a related fieldExperience in hospitality operations is a plusExperience in Excel with experience in financial modeling a plusExperience using SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, and/or Tableau for data analysisExperience in using data visualization tools, visual features of statistical software tools or Powerpoint to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiencesExperience in survey analyticsCan share examples of using data to solve complex problemsFood service operations awareness/experienceExperience communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiencesExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsProactive approach to problem solving and adding valueThe Analyst will be expected for most of the work week to be on-site at Notre Dame with the expectations that they will be at most of the Fighting Irish games and marquee events, supporting the operation and interacting with the partner.At Levy, team = family.
