Division InformationJob SummaryThe Global Sourcing Analyst supports the Global Sourcing organization by providing data‑driven insights, maintaining critical sourcing processes and systems, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency across the function. This role is responsible for spend analysis, savings tracking, supplier cost change coordination, sourcing data management, and continuous process improvement. The analyst works closely with Sourcing, Finance, Operations, IT, and regional teams to ensure accurate information, streamlined workflows, and effective reporting. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on leveraging technology and AI‑enabled tools to automate tasks, improve data quality, and increase team productivity.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain global vendor spend, savings, payment terms, and sourcing data files. Provide analysis and reporting to support sourcing decisions and leadership reviews.Coordinate and track supplier cost changes, including approvals, documentation, and system updates to ensure accurate pricing and visibility across the organization.Maintain CAPEX cost tracker to ensure accurate reporting and timely vendor payments. Provide support for purchasing requisitions as needed.Support RFQs, quote analysis, cost modeling, and total cost comparisons to assist sourcing teams with decision‑making.Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, templates, and analytics that improve visibility into spend, inflation, savings, and sourcing performance.Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve sourcing processes; recommend and implement solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.Use AI‑enabled tools to automate tasks, improve reporting, analyze data, summarize information, and enhance overall productivity within the Global Sourcing function.Support and maintain sourcing‑related tools, SharePoint sites, workflows, and system enhancements in partnership with IT and internal stakeholders.Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, process guides, and training materials to promote consistency and knowledge sharing across the organization.Partner with Sourcing, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support key business initiatives.Education and Experience ProfileBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field1+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, procurement, finance, business analytics, or a related function strongly preferred.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience working with large datasets and business reporting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel requiredExperience with SAP (ERP), SharePoint, Power BI, or similar business systems preferred.Demonstrated ability to use AI‑enabled tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, analyze data, or streamline business processes.Role not eligible for sponsorshipRequired SkillsStrong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively across multiple functions and regions.Work EnvironmentWorking conditions are normal for an office environment. This is a hybrid role that allows for work from home on Monday and Friday.
