Summary
Job Description
The Weapon Integration Division plays a key role in advancing the future capabilities of ICBMs after their delivery, working closely with customers to ensure ongoing progress. Comprised of several programs, the division delivers integrated weapon solutions and drives research and development to address evolving customer requirements. Schedulers in this division contribute to a range of weapon integration initiatives, with a primary focus on major programs. Their responsibilities include managing scheduling activities, collaborating directly with customers and internal leaders, and providing comprehensive support throughout program acquisition, sustainment, integration, baseline scheduling control, analysis, and reporting. The newly established scheduling team is tasked with building a scheduling framework across various projects and prime contractors, ensuring unified delivery and integration of capabilities. The majority of programs this individual will be supporting will be related to various R&D programs establishing key baseline schedules alongside lead PM's of each program. They will be heavily influencing and advising the ground up creation of these programs utilizing MS Project to be integrated in the a master IMS blanketing across all programmatic efforts related to the Weapon Integration Division.

Skills and Requirements
-10+ years experience planning, building, maintaining, and keeping status on multiple project schedules
-Knowledge of Critical Path, risk mitigation strategies, and flows
-Ability to be strategic with scheduling resources/teams in a large environment
-6+ years of experience scheduling with MS Project (open to Primavera6 (P6) too)
-Experience as a scheduler for large enterprise organization in the DoD
-Solid understanding with cost schedule, performance, and risk
-Strong communication skills
-Secret Clearance + SAP eligible (will be sponsored to a TS if not already obtained)
-Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB -Active Top Secret Clearance ***major plus
-Experience with DoD/DoE acquisition and program management process
-Active PMP Certification
-Deltek Acumen Fuse and Deltek Acumen Risk or equivalent experience
-Experience with lean management, CMMI, and root cause analysis
