This role serves as an analytical resource responsible for developing reporting frameworks, integrating data from disparate systems, identifying trends and systemic issues, and improving E&C's ability to generate actionable intelligence from investigation-related data. The role also supports the development of dashboards, AI-enabled workflows, and repeatable monitoring capabilities that strengthen investigative effectiveness and trend detection .What you'll be doingCompile, organize, and analyze data relevant to active matters across multiple systemsPerform targeted data pulls and analysis to support case scoping and issue identificationPrepare structured summaries, timelines, and analytical outputs for investigatorsSupport investigations through e-discovery and document review processesConduct open-source and social media researchOrganize and synthesize large volumes of digital and documentary informationAnalyze data across cases and inputs to identify trends, anomalies, and recurring issuesSynthesize information from multiple sources to surface patterns and insightsHighlight trends that may warrant further review or action manage pcs calendarsApply AI tools to automate document review, summarization, and reporting tasksIdentify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI-assisted processesImprove efficiency and consistency of investigation support outputsBuild and maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards from disparate data sourcesValidate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistencySupport preparation of investigation metrics and reportingTypical Physical Demands:Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, controls, phones, and computer keyboard. Employee frequently interacts directly with community management, facilities management, residents, and other staff members during the workday.Who we're looking forBachelor's degree in business, computer science or a related field requiredMinimum of 4 years' experience within a compliance, risk, or investigations program developing analytical reports/tools and performing advanced data analysis.Demonstrated experience using AI / generative tools to automate workflows, including document review, summarization, data structuring, etc.Advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of SQL to analyze data across multiple systemsExperience building dashboards from disparate data sourcesAbility to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns and translate findings into actionable insightsExperience supporting investigations through e-discovery, social media research, and open-source / online researchStrong ability to organize and synthesize large volumes of structured and unstructured informationExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, with ability to produce clear, concise, structured outputsDemonstrate a high level of ethical judgment and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality over sensitive information.Ability to travel up to 10% of timePossession of a valid state issued Driver's License and safe driving record are required .Balfour Beatty Communities is part of Balfour Beatty Investments and Balfour Beatty, plc, an international group that finances, develops, builds, and maintains infrastructure assets.Pay Rate: $100,000 - $113,000 yr.**This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
