Summary
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a PII and FOIA Analyst to support CyberPRIMES cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R).Come join our award-winning organization and work with some of the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the privacy-compliance document repository, including SORNs, PIAs, Social Security Number Justification Memoranda, and related records.Review and finalize privacy-compliance documents and maintain accurate trackers, repositories, execution dates, version control, and authorized access.Track and process FOIA requests within statutory timelines, applying appropriate redactions, data masking, audit logging, and safeguards for PII and sensitive information.Develop and maintain approved FOIA response templates, guidance, and knowledge resources and support efforts to reduce the FOIA backlog.Recommend technical efficiencies and support approved governance or deployment activities affecting PII and FOIA operations.Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and coordinate procedures, training, and communications supporting privacy and FOIA operations.Minimum QualificationsBusiness Analyst I requires a BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field and a minimum of four years of experience.Business Analyst II requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and ten years of experience.Must be U.S. CitizenA Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access.About Xcelerate Solutions:Founded in 2009 and headquartered in McLean, VA, Xcelerate Solutions (www.xceleratesolutions.com) is one of America's fastest-growing companies.
