Summary
Military AnalystOld Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Military Analyst to support military capability assessments, organizational analysis, and operational planning in Orlando, Florida Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct studies and analyses of military, technological, political, and economic factors affecting national and international military capabilities
- Assess military capabilities and trends, providing recommendations to support strategic objectives
- Evaluate organizational structures and operations, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and readiness
- Research training requirements and operational exercises to support planning and system development
- Provide subject matter expertise in training systems, simulations, and operational support
- Advise on system and equipment evaluation, including testing, inspections, and functional assessments
- Maintain and manage technical data, manuals, and documentation
- Prepare reports and briefings with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with teams to ensure operational requirements are integrated into planning and development
- Perform additional studies and analysis tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must possess an active SECRET clearance or above
- Must be able to pass Agency background check
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience or advanced degree/ certificate
