Sourcing Analyst, Contingent Worker Office

Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$45.00/hr - $55.00/hrJob ResponsibilitiesBuilding Partnerships: Form and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and meet their contingent staffing requirements.Customer Support:Manage all requests from hiring managers and suppliers.Oversee daily requisition activities, including review, approvals, and coding.Serve as the primary contact for suppliers and internal users.Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders.System Support:Maintain master and transactional data in the VMS not supported by automated feeds.Ensure timely correction of any data discrepancies.Support onboarding and offboarding processes for contingent workers.Assist with data quality and integrity checks.Provide support to the Director of the Contingent Worker Office as needed.Reconciliation Support:Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Global Reporting, and FP&A teams.Ensure timely payments to suppliers.Reconcile payments from Beeline to SAP/Oracle to ensure accurate accounting.Assist with supplier account reconciliations as necessary.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in procurement or accounting-related roles.Experience collaborating with staffing vendors, freelancers, and contract workers.Familiarity with procurement systems and vendor management platforms.Excellent communication and project management skills, with experience working closely with internal business units and senior stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience with VMS tools such as Agile One, Beeline, Magnit, or SAP Fieldglass.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeContractJob functionAdministrative and PurchasingIndustriesFinancial Services and Investment ManagementLocationSecaucus, NJ#J-18808-Ljbffr
