Core Responsibilities
Serves as a centralized point of contact into Enterprise Supply Management (ESM), listening to business partners, clarifying their need, and guiding them to the right buying channel, ESM team, or support path. Maintains supplier documentation and supports vendor onboarding, including NDA handling and low-risk contract execution.
Triages and processes procurement transactions with speed and accuracy, reviewing purchase requisitions, processing change orders and Direct-to-PO requests, and drafting request materials for low-to-medium complexity transactions in line with policy and best practice. Meets established service levels (e.g., IGO assignment, change order and inbox turnaround expectations).
Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders and ESM partners, communicating procurement and sourcing policies clearly, providing education and hands-on guidance (drop-in sessions, job aids, training), and organizing complex information in an easy-to-understand way so clients can navigate ESM with confidence.
Owns and maintains accurate, current documentation for sourcing and operational activities and supports evidencing and other compliance and control requirements throughout the purchasing lifecycle.
Prioritizes competing demands and solves operational problems in a dynamic environment, adapting to shifting business priorities, resolving or escalating issues appropriately, and applying strategic thinking to identify opportunities that improve processes and support ESM's evolving operating model.
Contributes to coaching, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing across the team — helping build capability, reinforce best practices, and strengthen consistency and quality as the team scales.
Participates in special projects and continuous-improvement initiatives and performs other duties as assigned to advance Client Connect and broader ESM objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
