Summary

We are hiring a Sourcing Analyst for a top fashion company in NYC.Pay: $30/hr.ResponsibilitiesEngage cross‑functional teams such as Commercialization, Packaging, Planning, Operations, Merchants, Product Development and others as needed.Support the Commercial Sourcing team managing new launch costs and vendor relationships within the product development lifecycle.Act as the go‑to contact for costing new launch items in the Lip category.Share cost estimates for finished goods (components, bulk, fill) with Merchant and Planning partners to meet target goals.Verify costs with component vendors and contract fillers, questioning quotes that do not make sense.Work with supervisor to complete target cost of good files and submit RFQs in the system to vendors.Accept RFQs, cost roll finished goods in SAP so Operations can place purchase orders on time.Attend weekly Launch Readiness Meetings with supply‑chain partners to report cost status.Partner with Planning to finalize a buy strategy for each new form based on annual volumes or seasonality.Attend weekly Product Development Status meetings with Merchant brand partners to learn of agility requests or assortment changes and report relevant costs.QualificationsAttention to detail.Adaptability—role may evolve over time.Basic familiarity with Excel and SAP/PLM reporting tools.Bachelor's degree required.3–5 years of relevant experience.BenefitsComprehensive benefit program for hourly employees, including medical, dental, 401(k), direct deposit and commuter benefits.#J-18808-Ljbffr
