Provides Intelligence-specific inputs, describing training objectives for intelligence personnel and required Intelligence-related topics for Operations, Communications, Resources, and Support personnel, to the overall Group training program.
Participates in the development of the briefs for presentation to unit members, focusing on the integration of intelligence processes and products into the Air Tasking Order (ATO) production, execution, and combat assessment cycle.
Monitors Intelligence personnel Initial Qualification Training (IQT), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), and Continuation Training (CT).
Oversees and assists lower-graded specialists in the development and implementation of intelligence training plans, lesson plans, exercises, evaluation standards, and other training materials.
Manages training records for assigned personnel.
Evaluates individual training needs, and ascertains the best means for each individual to attain force-level position certification in the AOC Weapon System.
Establishes training priorities based on mission requirements.
Carries out specific assignments involving close coordination with NGB, Gaining Command, ACC, and other Department of Defense (DOD) agencies.
Ensures the proper administration of security procedures in the storage and handling of classified material used in the Intelligence Directorate.
Performs other duties as assigned.
