SMI Court CoordinatorCommunity Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.Job Summary The role of a SMI Court Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the assigned CBI SMI clinic and the attorney in all matters related to Court Ordered Treatment (COT) pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statute Title 36 Article 5. All communication between the court and SMI clinic is routed through the Court Coordinator. The Court Coordinator ensures court-ordered requirements are met and assists the staff and patients in navigating the civil commitment process.Skills/Requirements:High school diploma or GED. Associates Degree or higher preferred.1-3 years of experience working in medical records preferred.Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing)39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) • Fingerprint Clearance Card requiredCertified Notary Public preferredBehavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C.
