As a Treasury Management Business Analytics Consultant Sr within PNC's TM COO organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Washington, D.C., or Chicago, IL.The Sales Strategy & Ops team sits within the Treasury Management COO organization and partners with TM Sales leadership to drive revenue growth through streamlined processes, data-driven insights, and targeted training. In this role, you will:Lead ad hoc analyses to answer strategic questions and inform decisions on priorities, resource allocation, and growth opportunitiesSupport special projects across sales strategy, process optimization, and go-to-market alignmentBuild and maintain reporting that gives TM Sales leadership a clear view of performance and progress against goalsDevelop executive-level presentation materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and cross-functional forumsDefine and execute data collection, research, and reporting activities, translating findings into clear recommendationsKey Skills & Competencies:Problem solving: Breaks down complex, ambiguous problems into logical steps; forms a hypothesis and tests it as you goStorytelling with data: Translates reporting and analysis into a clear narrative that guides leaders to a decisionExecutive communication: Synthesizes analysis into the "so what" and tailors messaging to a senior audienceInfluence without authority: Builds strong working relationships across the organization and moves work forward by aligning stakeholdersTechnical proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with SQL preferredPNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.
