Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source Analyst.Position:All Source AnalystLCAT:Senior and MidLocation:PentagonShift work:Yes. 4 days on, 1 day off rotating through the following three shift schedules (three weeks per shift before rotating to the next)Shift 1: 1100-0800Shift 2: 0700-1600Shift 3: 1500-0000Required clearance:TS/SCI with willingness to take CI polyDesired experience:Senior level - At least 8 years of experience with bachelor's degree. Mid level - At least 3 years of experience and degree.Desired education:Associate degree or Bachelor's degreeRequired qualifications:Experience with the CENTCOM AORExperience with ICD 203 tradecraft standardsKnowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environmentsFinished intelligence experience.Responsibilities:Generate finished all source intelligence products that adhere to client and IC standards using a multi-discipline approach.Provide collection research, analysis and recommendations regarding liaison efforts with operational and support elements, external intelligence agencies to foster an environment of cooperation and sharing of information to better develop future products.Identify gaps in available intelligence information and engages with other collection managers on strategies to meet intelligence requirements through Intelligence Community collection disciplines.Employ Intelligence Community analytic standards and appropriate tradecraft, methodologies and techniques and applies specialized subject matter expertise to prepare assessments of current threats and trends for consumers from senior US officials to state and local and private sector customers.Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.Additional Qualifications:Experience with authoring current DoD product lines and utilizing tradecraft standards.Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualizationKnowledge of the intelligence cycle.Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing.ABOUT NALLEY CONSULTINGNalley Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business working with prime partners to staff Department of Defense and Intelligence Community positions.
