Senior Earned Value Management AnalystTecolote is searching for a Senior Earned Value Management Analyst to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support to our government customers, to include analysis on monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) from development contractors. Responsibilities Tecolote Research, Inc. is hiring candidates to perform in a wide variety of Earned Value Management positions:Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractorsWork on-site with the customer at a secure facility at Space Systems Command (SSC)Support the management of major Air Force and Space Force programs at SSCPerform EVM analysis and communicate results to program managers to inform decision-makingPlan, Participate, and sometimes lead Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) activitiesPrepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customerInstruct/mentor project officers on EVM policies, processes, and proceduresSalary Range: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00/Year, DOE Skills RequiredApplicants must possess 8-12 years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense or commercial aerospace programsApplicants must demonstrate analytic and presentation skills, be proficient with EVM systems software tools, such as wInsight, and possess extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practicesApplicants should have experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM specific trainingApplicants should have familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimatingPrior work at SSC and/or space programs is highly desirableApplicants must be a U.S. citizen, due to the national security nature of the positionAdditionally, applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, and be willing and able to work in secure facilities (e.g. a SCIF or SAPF)Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
