This is not a traditional recruiting role, it is ideal for someone who thrives on market research, talent mapping, and developing creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and business leaders, you'll attend intake meetings, provide labor market intelligence, build sourcing strategies, and develop evergreen talent pipelines for specialized and leadership-level roles.Key responsibilities include: Developing innovative sourcing strategies for high-priority and hard-to-fill positionsBuilding and maintaining long-term talent pipelines and evergreen candidate communitiesConducting talent mapping, competitor research, and labor market analysisIdentifying and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, CRM platforms, and other sourcing technologiesProviding workforce planning insights and recruiting market intelligence to hiring teamsSupporting executive and specialized recruiting initiativesEvaluating new sourcing tools, AI technologies, and recruiting automation solutionsCreating recruiting resources, documentation, and process improvements that enhance sourcing effectiveness and candidate experienceAbout You You are naturally curious, proactive, and energized by the challenge of finding talent that others can't. You enjoy researching industries, tracking market trends, and building relationships long before hiring needs arise.You'll bring: 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or strategic sourcingAdvanced sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, and CRM platformsExperience building talent pipelines for technical, specialized, or leadership positionsStrong knowledge of labor market trends, talent mapping, and workforce planningExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strategic mindsetExperience with executive recruiting, employer branding, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, relocation or global mobility, and recruitment marketing would be considered a strong advantage.What's on Offer?
