Job Description
Responsibilities:
Perform specific surveillance duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect the integrity of the company's operations, as well as the security and well being of customers, employees, and company assets.
Report all illegal and/or unusual activities to the Supervisor.
Operate all surveillance equipment, including, but not limited to, the network system, monitors, computers, and cameras as assigned. Use of spreadsheets, databases, word processing programs required.
Observe report and record all daily casino and land-based activity using closed circuit television monitors to identify, illegal or unusual activities occurring on property.
Work in partnership with the Security Department to ensure protection of customers, employees and company funds and assets.
Prepare and complete all daily activity reports and incident reports as required and directed by Surveillance Management.
Perform all duties and follow all instructions as assigned by Surveillance Management.
Safeguard all confidential information and maintain department confidentiality.
Must be able to sit in a quiet environment for extended periods of time.
Must be able to visualize distance, color, depth perception and adjust focus.
Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Must be able to lift up to 25lbs; and be able to push, pull, grasp, reach, stoop, bend, twist and climb up and down stairs.
Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke and loud noises.
Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
Other duties may be assigned at any time.
Work Environment:
The Casino industry is a 24 Hour 365-day operation. This position will primarily be indoors under controlled temperatures. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.
