Job Title
Key responsibilities
Remove all trash from aircraft and clean and restock all lavatories and soiled magazines
Clean aircraft floor, galley, all seats, seat back pockets, and tray tables
Complete Daily Equipment Checks and associated checklists, including security searches
Use personal protective equipment, including a face shield & hearing protection
Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities
Ensure the operation functions in a safe, caring, dependable and efficient manner at all times
Perform other duties, as assigned
Effectively communicate with all hub services agents
Qualifications and minimum requirements
High school diploma, GED or preferred
Minimum of 18 years old
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
Ability to operate a computer/tablet to enter and retrieve data
Must be willing and able to perform a variety of physical activities including, bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spaces
Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment
Must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags
Eligibility to obtain necessary credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal) per local requirements
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required based on operational need
Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
