We are currently looking for an All Source Analyst for Fort Detrick, MD.SummaryThe successful candidate shall provide full-time onsite subject matter expertise to conduct all-source intelligence analysis to support the customer's Pandemic Warning Mission. The SME shall possess mid-level skills and experience to exploit all sources of data to monitor emerging diseases with pandemic potential, identify and refine intelligence indicators of future pandemics, and prepare written analysis and briefings to communicate analysis. The contractor will be required to engage with personnel throughout the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.ResponsibilitiesPrepare all intelligence assessments in formats approved by the customer, meet or exceed analytic quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines. Specific projects and work tasks will be provided and guided by the customer's Chief Scientist and Pandemic Warning Mission leadership.Work in coordination with the Infectious Disease and Countermeasures Division in researching, analyzing, and producing all-source written and oral assessments in conjunction with counterpart agency analysts.Prepare and provide briefings and assessments to U.S. national and foreign intelligence consumers.Plan and carry out assignments in accordance with ODNI analytic tradecraft standards. Consults with management and senior analysts to optimize production in response to requirements. Identifies obvious intelligence gaps and recommends and coordinates collection requirements.Develop and maintain liaison with counterparts within the Intelligence Community (IC) and the intelligence components of U.S. Combatant Commands to discuss and coordinate intelligence production.Participate in national and international conferences, meetings, exercises and working groups to prepare, present and defend the customer's analytic positions.Maintain currency in both foreign and domestic advances and developments, which relate to or have a potential impact on assigned subject-matter area.Contribute to the maintenance of a variety of manual and automated databases of relevant intelligence information to support on-going and projected research products.QualificationsNecessary Skills and KnowledgeExcellent time management and communication skills.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in a scientific/life sciences field of study (e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Virology, Biology, Microbiology, Biomedical Science).4+ years relevant experience in S&TI analysisTS/SCI with Counterintelligence PolygraphPay and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
