JOB SUMMARY
The Surveillance Operator is vigilant in observing all areas of the gaming facility and surrounding areas and reports all procedural infractions and criminal activity to the Surveillance leader on duty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains cleanliness of work stations and equipment.
- Performs close watch duties as assigned.
- Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Receives periodic on-the-job training.
- Diligently monitors all company assets as well as monitoring all employees for procedural violations.
- Maintains up to the minute, detailed, and accurate logs.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous surveillance experience preferred
Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license
